What You'll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Blithequark, providing top-notch service to our clients through phone, email, and video calls. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Helping clients understand their insurance benefits and coverage options
- Guiding policyholders through simple claim-related questions
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
- Providing exceptional service from the comfort of your own home office, on your schedule
What You Bring to the Table
While prior customer service or insurance experience is not necessary, we do require:
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, Google Drive – we'll train you!)
