What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers over the phone and email with product and service questions, providing best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls and emails, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Providing technical support to customers navigating our website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
  • Understanding that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience for our customers
  • Collaborating with our team to escalate feedback and continuously improve our services and processes

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or veterinary care experience
  • Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday
  • Comfortable with virtual environments, including phone contact with customers for the duration of your shift
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Virtual Requirements

To work effectively in a remote environment, you'll need:

  • A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
  • A private and distraction-free home environment where you can devote full attention to customers during work hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Experience working virtually
  • Experience working in veterinary or pet care
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
  • Animal lover (a plus, but not required)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly starting rate of $18/hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and career growth.
