Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the front line to our clients, providing exceptional service and support as they place their meal orders. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring that all clients have an order on file. Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients, providing exceptional service and support

• Address questions and concerns, and provide clear and concise information to clients
• Input order information into the client order screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Document all conversations with clients into the client information database
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school degree or GED

• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of previous call center experience

• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Physical Requirements

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
• Visual perception to perform job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
