Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to join our Studio Data Management team. As a Data Lead, you will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and reporting on data quality metrics to meet business requirements. You will work closely with product teams to develop and implement data quality best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues. Key Responsibilities

* Define and implement data quality standards and metrics to meet business requirements

  • Analyze and report on data quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement data quality best practices
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues
  • Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to integrate data across multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with data quality tools and technologies (e.g. SQL, data warehousing)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with product, design, and customer support teams

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks
  • Certification in data science, data analytics, or related field
