Job Summary

As a Product Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center stage, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and information design. You'll be the driving force behind the adoption of new features, enhancements, and integrations that will enable our customer support team to deliver exceptional experiences to our subscribers. This is a senior role that requires a deep understanding of customer needs, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
  • Work closely with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions into our contact center stage
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs
  • Communicate product plans and progress to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to inform product decisions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products or services

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with cloud-based contact center solutions, such as CCaaS, CPaaS, and UCaaS
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to develop and execute product plans that meet these needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities

  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • Experience working with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions into our contact center stage
  • Strong understanding of customer support operations and the ability to develop and execute product plans that meet these needs
