Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Client Achievement Chief to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our early adopter clients. As a key member of our client success team, you will be instrumental in onboarding and supporting our clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives, and scaling our client base long-term. You will collaborate closely with our Business, Product, and Design teams and report directly to the Head of Success.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Client Achievement Chief, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an exceptional client experience, ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives and meet their needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and requirements.
  • Executing and running client training and enablement sessions with a "train the coach" model to empower scale.
  • Developing and implementing client success plans that outline goals, expected challenges, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Creating and maintaining best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client interactions.
  • Gathering and sharing client feedback with internal partners, identifying common themes across clients to inform product development.
  • Collaborating closely with the Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in client success, with a proven track record of delivering and scaling exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
  • The ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in our product and with our clients.
  • A humble and collaborative mindset, a willingness to help others, and a desire to learn and grow with our team and clients.
  • High energy, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • A deep commitment to promoting the safe and responsible development of artificial intelligence.
