Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
