Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
