Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist in the Customer Testing Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and executing large-scale customer-level experiments and in-market tests to determine the business impact of our key initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute large-scale customer-level experiments and in-market tests to determine the business impact of our key initiatives

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify causal drivers of business impact
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
• Strong programming skills in R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools such as ggplot2, seaborn, or matplotlib
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and inferential statistics
• Experience with data management and analysis tools such as SQL, PySpark, or SparkR
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with data mining and predictive modeling
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard A/B testing tools and technologies
