Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Generating monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and timely data
• Assisting the Back office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries
• Collaborating with the CFO to provide reporting requests and support
• Working closely with the Controller to ensure smooth month-end closures
• Conducting various data review and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Educational background in accounting is a plus, but not required
• At least 1 year of related experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field
• Intermediate-level skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, including proficiency in vlookup and pivot tables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to quickly adapt to change and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with arithmetic and mathematical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with inventory management systems and software
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
• Certification in accounting or a related field
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
