The Job
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to deliver legendary ski experiences to our guests in the Vail Valley. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with our customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations
- Offering our support service throughout their stay
- Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shop
- Restocking vans with extra equipment
- Answering and making calls to our customers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Physical stamina to lift and carry equipment
- Basic ski tuning and maintenance skills (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and maintenance
- Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus, but not required)
