Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your primary duties will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
