What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations
- Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while working with customers and resolving issues
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to being available during peak hours
- Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
