About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Paralegal to join our fast‑growing legal services team. Reporting directly to the Senior Litigation Manager, you will help drive efficiency across our litigation and corporate practice groups while supporting the firm’s mission to provide high‑quality, client‑focused legal solutions from anywhere in the United States. Because we operate virtually, you’ll collaborate with colleagues scattered across time zones, but all of us will be anchored by a shared commitment to precision, confidentiality, and proactive problem‑solving. --- Key Responsibilities -

Case File Management:

Create, maintain, and audit electronic case files in

, ensuring 100 % compliance with our document retention policy for every matter originating in Fort Smith, Arkansas. -

Legal Research:

Conduct statutory, case law, and regulatory research using

, summarizing findings in concise memoranda for senior attorneys within 48 hours of request. -

Drafting & Review:

Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements in

E‑Discovery Support:
