Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction

  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to policyholders
  • Work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
  • Receive and act on feedback to support performance and development
  • Utilize solid computer and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $40,602.25 to $58,444.25
