The Role

As a Homeowner Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our homeowners, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their problems. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer success will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners through various communication channels

  • Resolve homeowner issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer homeowner questions and provide solutions to their problems
  • Utilize multiple communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment; experience in a fast-paced environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a HOA Management or property management environment

  • Knowledge of homeowner association operations and management
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
