You'll work closely with our Technologists in the field, Directors of Nursing, and Administration to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone or fax, ensuring all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, solving routine and complex problems, and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Documenting activity to blithequark's system, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to established company standards and procedures
  • Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Cross-training in other positions within the department, including Dispatch, and performing these functions as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, handling an average of 11 calls per hour per eight-hour shift after four months in the position
  • Adhering to work schedule, displaying flexibility and adaptability to change, and executing and prioritizing multiple tasks

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers
  • Solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Computer knowledge, with proficiency in operating phone systems and entering orders manually via fax process
  • Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
  • Medical terminology experience preferred but not required
  • High-speed internet for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and industry-specific software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
