Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
  • Evaluate technical issues, offer solutions over the phone whenever possible, and escalate to the Service Manager as needed
  • Accurately record customer concerns and information into the Dealer Management System, demonstrating strong attention to detail
  • Manage transactions, guide customers through repairs, and summarize work performed
  • Keep customers informed about completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status
  • Efficiently organize vehicle details pre-delivery and coordinate delivery/pickup times with customers; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the services offered

What You'll Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including experience with tools, materials, and processes
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
  • Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet business-critical deadlines
  • A valid driver's license is required

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
