As a key member of the Operations Strategic Alignment team, you will play a vital part in collaborating with cross-functional partners across blithequark, as well as working closely with customer experience, finance, and innovation to bring alignment to our operations' needs, support our innovation system, and ensure we work together to achieve blithequark's critical goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directly and indirectly leading individuals and teams, planning blithequark's strategy for key initiatives, providing guidance and support to agree on key objectives, identifying and outlining issues, and driving decisions across the organization. You will lead the Operations teams in their transition to the Item Model, which includes advancing short and long-term procedure planning, collaborating on key outcome improvement with attribution to portfolio objectives, and changing the way we interact with IT to achieve goals. This role is part of the blithequark Operations Strategic Alignment crew within our blithequark Planning and Execution group.

• Provide vital thought leadership on behalf of the broader objectives, recognize choices that should be made, and drive prioritization
• Interface the vision with the tangible elements that enable its realization
• Empower teams and leaders to come to a clear conclusion regarding the various initiatives with the larger strategy
• Be the connection between business and IT groups across organizations to achieve consistency and collaboration on innovation being used and being developed
• Ensure clarity of business requirements from partners to enable proper preparation and planning of new initiatives
• Communicate horizontally and vertically to drive and recommend key results to all levels of management
• Maintain comprehensive leadership qualities, create, and care for the team, provide a positive impact on culture at blithequark, and ensure a one-team mindset

All you'll need for success

Minimum Work Requirements - Education and Experience

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/preparation
• 5-7 years of professional experience in at least three years of carrier, technology, operations, or consulting experience
• Demonstrated success working together across a wide range of cross-functional groups and initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
