Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers on various topics, researching and problem-solving to determine solutions, and utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with customers on various topics, including product inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns - Research and problem-solve to determine solutions, utilizing internal resources and knowledge bases as needed - Utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to deliver exceptional customer experiences - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment - Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills - Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computers for data entry and navigation, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Must be able to pass a background check and comply with blithequark's security policies

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or call center environment - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems - Familiarity with blithequark's products and services - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
