What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support and resolving routine problems and questions
  • Helping customers resolve technical issues and billing concerns
  • Ensuring the appropriateness of social media content
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
