Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for entering data into our systems, verifying and correcting data where necessary, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. You will also collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency, generate reports and summaries from entered data as required, and follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into company systems and databases

  • Verify and correct data where necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or similar roles
