Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent – Work From Home (Nationwide), you will be responsible for responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of our company's purpose and values. You will serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, will be essential in resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of our company's purpose and values - Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers - Utilize exceptional communication skills to review and process incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and letters - Respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications - Partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner - Uphold our goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism

Requirements

- Must have a minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service - Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills - Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing - Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications - Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency - Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program - Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred - Prior inbound Call Center experience and previous experience working from home a plus - Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience - Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Work Schedule

- Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time - Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday - This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week - Days off may not be consecutive (for example, could be Wednesdays and Sundays off)

Compensation and Benefits
