Schedule Requirements
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that fits your needs. Our ideal candidate will be available to work between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm. This part-time schedule offers the perfect balance of flexibility and stability, allowing you to pursue your passions and interests outside of work.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with our clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically, providing excellent service and support
- Managing customer portfolios and organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately to resolve customer issues
- Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents with precision and care
- Recommending process improvements where applicable to enhance our services and operations
- Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and recognizing opportunities to offer additional services
Essential Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
