Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently processing customer applications and ensuring accuracy

  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action based on account status
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain expected performance levels

  • Operating basic Microsoft Office and Email systems effectively
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to perform scanning and typing tasks with accuracy
  • Experience in email correspondence, with good written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry would be advantageous
