Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
• Processing Product Complaints: Effectively process product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Investigating Complaints: Investigate complaints in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining a positive experience for customers.
• Updating Databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
• Escalating Issues: Escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality of customer and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid Work Schedule: Be able to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements.
• Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
