Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading customers through a variety of requests via our Click-to-Chat application, including:

+ Detailed product information + Configurations/availability + Sales incentives/campaign fulfillment + Dealer locations/inventory searches + Brochure fulfillment + Test drive appointment scheduling + General information and/or questions

• Providing effective pro-active and re-active online chat support for customers and prospective customers visiting our various websites
• Establishing a rapport and building confidence in our brand recognition by proactively promoting our products and services
• Educating consumers via Click-to-Chat and email on current products, packages, and incentives, generating product excitement and driving customers to action
• Maintaining knowledge, understanding, and compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Documenting detailed status of all interactions, indicating appropriate outcome and follow-up requirements
• Ensuring maximum service level, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and personal goals are met while following all policies, procedures, and controls
• Meeting specified goals and sales conversion metrics as set by blithequark while maintaining high quality standards and adherence to all client requirements

Qualifications:
