Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Liaison & Inventory Management professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Act as a liaison between customers and companies, resolving complaints, answering product and service questions, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Generation: Attract potential customers by suggesting information about other products and services, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, posting items for sale online and on social media company accounts, and ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of inventory.
  • Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts, updating account information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and performing other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled written and oral communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and goal-driven, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Customer Service Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and online site administration, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, and work in an office and shop environment.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Experience in inventory management, with a strong understanding of inventory control systems and procedures.
