MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Engineering Support Data Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a remote position.

The Engineering Support Data Manager will support the government Post Delivery Test, Trials, and Certification (PDTT&C) Lead in Dam Neck with various engineering support tasks. This role will be part time at about 30%.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the Headquarters Modification Request (HMR) process throughout the Post-Delivery Test & Trials period to ensure configuration control and accurate change implementation.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), ensuring timely review of contractor submitted deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• · Developing, generating, and analyzing key program metrics to provide leadership with objective data on Post-Delivery Test & Trials progress, issues, and resource utilization.
• · Managing the configuration and lifecycle maintenance of Aircraft Carrier (CVN) technical drawings relevant to the test and certification scope.
• · Performing essential data entry, maintenance, and validation within program-specific databases  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 8+ years of experience with the Navy Combat Systems
• Of the 8 years, 5+ years of experience must be related to the engineering, design, development, or testing and evaluation of a Navy combat system.
• Of the 8 years, at least 4+ years of recent experience is required in any of the following: Test requirements definition, Test Plan/Procedures development, maintenance, and execution, Test data reduction and analysis, or Computer program performance analysis and reporting.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with maintenance of Headquarters Modification Requests (HMR)
• Experience with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Maintenance and Tracking
• Experience with Metrics Generation and Analysis
• Aircraft Carrier (CVN) Drawing Maintenance experience
• Data entry experience  

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Secret security clearance.  

 Physical Requirements:

• Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS, ZOOM).

The projected compensation range for this position is $87,400.00-$145,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
