The Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for leading the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in statistics, data analysis, and data visualization will be instrumental in helping us make data-informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform data-driven insights and business decisions
- Design and build robust data models to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Develop and implement large-scale statistics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
- Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, including small increments of a product introduced at daily intervals to business groups
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven insights
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with large-scale data ecosystems, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or similar tools
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including predictive modeling, clustering, and decision trees
- Experience with data governance and data quality tools, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation
