The Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries, navigating multiple systems to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our customers. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate multiple systems to manage a steady volume of incoming calls
  • Provide empathetic and effective communication to customers, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
