About the Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional experiences to customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. You'll be an active listener, a problem solver, and a passionate advocate for our clients' brands. Key Responsibilities

* Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats, providing a meaningful and positive experience with every interaction

• Communicate a variety of information to customers, including product knowledge, services, and policies
• Be an active listener, helping to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma (or equivalent)

• 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
• Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
• Secure area in the home to work from
• Ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
• Located in the Clearwater / Tampa, FL area

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
