Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determining customers' needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Planning and arranging event packages
  • Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons, and other travel-related services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and supplier information to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements
