Job Summary

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with our customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, identify opportunities to improve our support processes, and work with other team members to enhance our overall customer service.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Identify opportunities to improve our support processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Seek ways to optimize our customer support across various channels, primarily Zendesk and email, and adapt based on feedback. - Understand customer pain points and offer solutions that meet their needs while adhering to company policies. - Work with other team members to enhance our overall customer service.

Working Hours

- Initial onboarding and training will take place between 9am-4pm CEST. - Regular working hours will be from 8pm to midnight CEST, Sunday to Thursday.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience. - Strong English skills for clear and effective communication. - Technical proficiency. - Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets. - Familiar with the Zendesk support platform.
