Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals working from home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. This is a part-time position, requiring a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and empathetic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers through phone and email communication - Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions - Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems - Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or content writing - Knowledge of customer service software and tools - Certification in customer service or a related field
