Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management
  • Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, Basecamp
  • Perform administrative tasks, including graphic design, report preparation, and data analysis
  • Coordinate the work of others, including team members and external partners
  • Develop and implement effective Facebook Ads and Google Ads strategies to drive business results
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Essential Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines
  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and management
  • Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems
  • Graphic design skills, with experience using Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Certified in Google Ads
  • Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Basecamp and Hubstaff
