About the Role

  • Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives, contributing to the development of a high-performing team.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Reside full-time in the state of Oklahoma, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a direct connection to the router.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers.
  • Proven experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Prior experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
