Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who have a passion for helping others. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including Financial Representative, Trainer, and Vice President of Operations. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to advance to a leadership role, we have opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
As a Financial Freedom Coach, you will be responsible for:
Field Representative
+ Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals. + Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies. + Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing.
Field Trainer
+ Mentor and develop new representatives. + Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement. + Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Branch Manager (VP of Operations)
+ Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values. + Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers. + Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required, but is a plus.

Work Environment and Company Culture
At blithequark, we value a supportive and collaborative team environment. Our office is a hybrid remote location in Miamisburg, OH 45342, where you can work in a comfortable and productive space. We offer flexible scheduling options, including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, to accommodate your needs.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $24,500.00 - $187,500.00 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
