The Role

As a LiveChat Agent – Marketing and Customer Support, you will be responsible for connecting with website visitors in real-time, answering their questions, and providing personalized support. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Engage with website visitors through live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Enter marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on features, promotions, and FAQs
  • Collaborate with sales teams and key marketing team members to drive lead conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule
  • Perform other assigned tasks to support the growth and success of our business

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial modular construction industry experience (an asset)
  • Live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales experience (an asset)
  • Salesforce.com experience (an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented with empathy and patience
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Tactful and inquisitive
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (limited)
