We’re looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who can drive the full spectrum of design work - from strategic research and user journey mapping to crafting pixel-perfect, high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll lead by example, guiding a small design team and collaborating closely with product owners, the art director, and developers to ensure our products are not only visually stunning but also intuitive, accessible, and user-centered.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1-2 years in a lead role

• Experience in the gaming industry

• Proven experience managing and mentoring other designers

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX process and UI design execution

• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools

• Deep understanding of responsive, adaptive, and cross-platform design principles

• Ability to create and validate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple projects, from discovery to delivery

• Mentor and guide other designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence

• Define and uphold UX and UI standards, ensuring consistency across all products

• Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries

• Create visually compelling and functional UI layouts that align with brand and product strategy

• Collaborate closely with product owner, art director, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant user experiences

• Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and evolving requirements

• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging design practices

• Contribute to a collaborative and inspiring design culture
