Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and process improvements. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business process improvements. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop business cases to support investment decisions
• Develop and maintain complex data models and analytics to inform business decisions
• Drive business process improvements through data-driven insights and process redesign
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and maintain complex data models and analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with ability to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift
• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working with machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
• Experience working with agile development methodologies
