Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Providing in-depth information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and clients
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth and business success
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience, which can help you stay focused and engaged in fast-paced conversations
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that can effectively connect with customers
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
