Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for a range of general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with clients. This is a flexible part-time opportunity that can be completed from the comfort of your own home or on campus, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $670 per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database system
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients and team members
  • Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Project management: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Organizational duties: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
