Your Role as a Customer Experience Advisor

As a Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable
  • Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Utilizing internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
  • Identifying and resolving customer pain points and trends, providing innovative solutions to optimize their experience

We're seeking a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is:

  • A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt their tone and communication style depending on their audience
  • Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once while remaining organized and attentive to detail
  • Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows (keyboard shortcuts are a must!)
  • Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
  • Excited to represent blithequark and facilitate meaningful customer interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
  • Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are highly valued.
