Key Responsibilities

As a Network Protection Examiner Understudy, your duties and responsibilities may include:

• Working with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions
• Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and compliance with departmental standards
• Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are completed on time and within budget
• Serving as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and Innovation teams
• Participating in system and acceptance testing
• Scope of work may vary depending on the team project

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Fundamental knowledge of data security and threat relief standards, theories, and strategies liked
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm liked
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) liked
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement liked
• Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program liked
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders liked
• Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile philosophies liked
• Coursework or experience related to Network security liked
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
• Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year liked
• Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition liked
• Ability to thrive in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, kind, and empathetic
• Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
