Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry & Automation Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and managing data across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and high accuracy.
- Navigating various software tools, websites, and databases with ease, using your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Copying, pasting, and organizing information efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
- Pulling reports, extracting relevant data, and generating structured outputs using various software tools and databases.
- Utilizing ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
- Creating PDF documents from structured data using provided templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Learning and adapting quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions, demonstrating your ability to learn new tools and systems.
What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fast and precise data entry skills with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable logging into and working with various software platforms, including ChatGPT and writing structured prompts.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and automation, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Some accounting experience is a plus, but speed and accuracy are the top priorities.
