A Typical Day as a Data Entry Experienced Associate

As a Data Entry Experienced Associate, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect:

• Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns
• Verifying data and information using a verification process and addressing customer questions with exceptional customer service skills
• Documenting both customer concerns and solutions, and meeting or exceeding all managed metrics
• Keeping your community safe and making a difference, while working collaboratively with your team to achieve our goals

What We're Looking For

We're seeking ambitious customer-focused individuals who are ready to take their career to the next level. If you have:

• One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience
• Strong computer skills, with dual monitor experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus problem-solving skills
• The ability to handle high call volumes, at times while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance with business needs
• A quiet workspace with reliable internet access, connected via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience
• Strong computer skills, with dual monitor experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus problem-solving skills
• Ability to work from home with reliable internet access
