Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field; no experience necessary for training and development
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
