The Role

As a Retail Customer Training Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where customers feel comfortable sharing their ideas and learning how to bring their visions to life. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire and educate customers about blithequark products and services, utilizing your presentation skills to facilitate training sessions and helping users get set up and trained on their devices. You'll also engage with customers in the store, enriching their experience through your knowledge and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide small groups and individual customers in learning about blithequark products and services, tailoring your teaching style to meet their individual needs and goals.

  • Facilitate training sessions using effective presentation skills, ensuring that customers understand and can effectively use our products and services.
  • Listen to customers to understand their goals and adjust your teaching style accordingly, maximizing both their understanding and your efficiency in delivering the training.
  • Engage with customers in the store between scheduled sessions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and promoting curiosity, ensuring that every customer feels valued and empowered.
  • Assist team members with sales and teaching as needed, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Recommend in-store support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar, to help customers achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Passion for education and ability to instruct by letting users learn by doing, with a focus on hands-on learning experiences.

  • Ability to teach small groups and multiple customers simultaneously, adapting your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Tenacity to work with users to help them maximize their device usage, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with adherence to a structured training schedule, with a focus on meeting customer needs and achieving business goals.
  • Comfortable with selling as well as teaching, with a passion for helping customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.

• Experience in a retail environment or customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
