About the Project We’re Heartland IRB — a U.S.-based commercial Institutional Review Board that helps independent researchers, educational organizations, and NGOs secure ethical approval for their social science, education, and program evaluation studies. We are now running an email outreach campaign to connect with qualified decision-makers who would benefit from our IRB Review and Approval service. To make that campaign effective, we are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist who can deliver verified, high-quality contact lists that meet our specific criteria. Your Responsibilities Build a list of verified leads matching the detailed targeting criteria below. Provide verified email addresses, first names, roles, and organizations in a clean, organized spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel). Verify each email via reliable tools (e.g., Hunter.io, NeverBounce, or ZeroBounce) to ensure deliverability. Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and sourced ethically. Deliver the list in batches for quality review before final submission. Target Lead Criteria We are looking for decision-makers in research, evaluation, or education roles who are either: Independent Researchers Conducting social science or education-related research Possibly operating as consultants or freelancers May be associated with small research firms or funded projects OR Employed At: Educational Venues: Museums, aquariums, zoos, science centers Minimum 10 employees Preferably engaged in education programs, research, or public evaluation efforts Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs): In sectors like Education, Animal Welfare, Health, Poverty Alleviation, Vulnerable Groups, Arts & Heritage, or related social causes Engaged in program evaluation, data collection, or educational research initiatives Information Required Per Lead First Name Last Name Verified Email Address (deliverable) Role / Title (Director of Research, Program Evaluator, Education Manager, etc.) Organization Name Organization Type (Educational Venue / NGO / Independent) Location (Country, optional but preferred) Our Standards This is not a scraping or automation job.
