Job Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans
• Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
• Organizing and maintaining the team backlog, ensuring that all requirements are well-formed, traceable, and testable
• Collaborating with the management team on new products and sales strategies, and working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Providing exceptional customer service and answering incoming client inquiries
